Mr. Olawale Fayose LLB, B.L, LLM, MCIARB, SOL (England & Wales) is the Company Secretary at MainOne. He is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and also admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales. He has a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Lagos and a Master’s degree from the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London.

Olawale is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a founding member of the Editorial Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos with vast experience in domestic and international regulation of telecommunications networks and services, an aspect of law on which he has written extensively.
