As part of the efforts to bring together the public and private sector to create further momentum towards the meeting the SDGs especially SDG 5, to “Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls”, Asoko Insight, Africa’s leading corporate data and engagement platform, is working with the UNDP to create a robust database of corporate champions of sustainability, response and recovery in Africa who are pushing the sustainable development agenda forward.
Asoko’s latest Impact Africa report profiles companies advancing gender equality, including businesses run by women, employing women, and serving women’s needs. MainOne founder and CEO, Funke Opeke was featured alongside other business leaders in the report which consists of an impressive group of companies on the Africa Business Map.
