Ms. Tinuola Ipadeola is the Head of Coroprate Services and Development at MainOne. Prioir to joining MainOne, Tinuola Ipadeola worked with  KPMG Professional Services (formerly Andersen), a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. While at KPMG, she was a Senior Management Consultant and led the Corporate practice (Telecoms, Technology, Consumer and Industrial markets and Media) within the Management Consulting unit.

Ms. Ipadeola has a First Degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and an M.Sc. Finance from the University of Leicester, UK.  She has almost two decades of experience leading transformation and restructuring engagements, providing organizations with practical tools for repositioning and developing strategies for sustainability to drive their growth. Her skill set also includes Operations/Process Improvement, Business Planning and Strategy, Business Transformation and HR Advisory. She has consulted for both private and public organizations across various sectors such as Telecoms, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Banking, Agribusiness, Media & Entertainment, Legal and Education.
